Preventing Favoritism in Recruitment

An awareness-raising lecture on preventing favoritism and personal connections in recruitment was held for the staff of the State Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve “Ancient Taraz Monuments”.

The lecture covered compliance with legal requirements during recruitment, ensuring an open and fair candidate selection process, and preventing conflicts of interest.

The lecture was delivered by Aizat Kanarbayeva Baikeyeva, Human Resources Inspector.
