The participants of the international expedition got acquainted with the historical heritage of Taraz

The participants of the "Drive for Peace" expedition, organized as part of the international project "The Marco Polo Project – EV Journey from Europe to Asia", visited the historical and cultural heritage sites of Taraz during their trip to Zhambyl region.

The delegation members visited the mausoleums of Karakhan, Aisha Bibi and Babaja Khatun, where they got acquainted with their history, architectural features and historical significance on the Great Silk Road.

During the visit, the guests got to know more about the rich historical and cultural heritage of the region and showed interest in the tourist potential of Taraz.
